TEKsystems in Salem, OR is seeking a Hybrid Remote IT Helpdesk Support to assist 1800+ end users, handling remote tickets, phone calls, and occasional in-person walk-ups in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a Windows environment with MS 365, Ivanti ticketing, and provide Tier 1–2 support with strong customer service and quick learning ability. This is a contract, hybrid role with pay between $25 and $28 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of Tier 1 & Tier 2 helpdesk and desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows environment and MS365.
• Prefer experience with Ivanti ticketing system.
• Beyond Trust Remote Support is a plus.
• Must have strong customer service experience.
• Must have a strong technical aptitude and be a quick learner with ability to understand workflow capability and constraints.

Responsabilités

• Support 1800+ end users across multiple agencies.
• Handle high volume tickets, triage and process tickets.
• Work within a Windows environment and MS 365, using Ivanti ticketing system.
• Handle remote tickets, phone calls, and some in-person walk ups for IT support.
