Job summary

Centre Technologies is expanding its IT team and seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Support Technician based in Texas. The role focuses on implementing and supporting IT infrastructure, onboarding new clients, hardware setup, and thorough documentation.

Strong customer service and teamwork are essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related IT study or experience, familiarity with Windows environments, AD tools, networking concepts, and basic virtualization knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT-related study or field experience.
• basics: Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office suite, AD tools, networking concepts.
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
