Arvig, a leading broadband provider in Minnesota, is hiring a Help Desk Technician Tier I for a hybrid role. You’ll support customers by phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and grow your IT skills within a collaborative team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service. The schedule is 12:30-9:00 pm with every other weekend, and Minnesota remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience and/or a troubleshooting environment.
• Familiarity with gadgets like Wi-Fi routers, DSL modems, desktop computers, etc.

Responsibilities
