Job summary

Pride Global is hiring a Jr. IT Help Desk in Columbus, OH to join our IT Service Desk team as the first point of contact for users seeking technical support.

You will deliver excellent customer service, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and escalate when needed while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years in IT or technical support, strong customer service and communication skills, and willingness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; IT certifications are a plus.
• 2–5 years of related IT or technical support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support via phone, chat, and in-person.
• Diagnose, document, and resolve incidents related to software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional communication to users.
• Escalate unresolved issues as needed while maintaining urgency and professionalism.
• Support installations, modifications, diagnostics, and repairs of computer systems and peripherals.
• Ensure a positive customer support experience through timely resolution and follow-up.
