Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile, telephony issues.
• Communicate status and timelines to end users.
• Escalate complex issues and track progress to resolution.
• Install, configure, and support hardware and software across locations.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on systems and tools.
• Utilize helpdesk to manage and prioritize requests.
• Coordinate onboarding tech with HR and other departments.
• Support conference room tech and virtual meeting tools.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
