Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Field Support Technician II to provide personal and proactive customer service to users by phone, email, chat, or in person. The role includes installing, updating, and repairing desktop hardware and software, and administering Windows OS and Office 365 within a hybrid work environment.

You will work with the IT team to document issues, manage tickets, and help ensure end-user productivity while traveling to branch offices for onsite support as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and/or applicable industry certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal, professional, and proactive customer service to Logix users by phone, email, Instant Messaging, or in person.
• Installs, updates, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs desktop and laptop computers as well as peripheral equipment and software.
• Performs advanced administration and troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office 2016 and O365 Suite, and other company supported applications.
