Job summary

Endsight is seeking an IT Help Desk & Field Engineer in San Diego. This hybrid role supports onsite visits to local clients and remote IT issues, combining hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting with strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in field/onsite engineering or help desk, MSP experience, and excellent communication skills. Certifications and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years minimum Field or Onsite Engineer or IT Help Desk experience.
• Previous MSP experience required.
• Reliable transportation and current driver’s license.
• Strong aptitude for customer service and problem solving.
• Ability to self-schedule and manage small engagements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to collaborate as part of a team and adapt quickly to change.
• Respond to emergencies with poise and focus.

Responsibilities
