Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is hiring an End User Support-IT Field Services professional in Franklin, TN. The role is hybrid and requires residence in the Franklin area, with travel across Tennessee.

Salary ranges from $25 to $28.50 per hour, depending on experience, with a standard Mon-Fri 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. The candidate will support executive devices and productivity tools, including Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive, and will resolve hardware/software issues while coordinating with IT teams for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or 2–4 years of technical support experience preferred.
• ITIL v3 accreditation and current OS qualifications (MCSA/MCSE/A+/Network+) are desirable.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office apps, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Windows 10/11, Android/iOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for executives and admins with focus on discretion and minimal disruption.
• Manage executive devices and productivity tools (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, secure remote access).
• Triage and resolve escalated Help Desk issues; coordinate with Tier 3 teams and field services.
• Support infrastructure projects and executive office upgrades; document recurring issues for improvement.
