Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise delivery, PMO, or technology orgs.
- Experience managing a multi-year portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and portfolio governance.
- Lead portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning.
- Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, risk, and tradeoffs.
- Translate strategy into executable IT initiatives for business units.
- Shape operating model and delivery standards for fast, reliable growth.
- Establish KPIs and oversee end-to-end delivery and quality.
