Axon is seeking a Senior Director, IT Business Solutions & Delivery to own the portfolio spanning sales, finance, and operations, and to lead BSA, PMO, and QA functions. You’ll translate business strategy into executable technology initiatives, align roadmaps, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise delivery or IT functions.
• Experience running a portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven partner to Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders.
• Ability translate strategy into executable IT initiatives.
• Product-management practices within IT delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and portfolio governance.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning.
• Provide real-time portfolio health, risk, and tradeoff visibility.
• Partner with leaders to define roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish operating models and delivery standards for reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including requirements, testing, release.
• Set KPIs to measure portfolio performance and business impact.
• Develop managers across three functions and build succession.
• Shape IT strategy as part of Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and AI teams to accelerate execution.
• Drive process automation opportunities with business leaders.
