Job summary

Perkins Eastman is seeking an IT Client Service Specialist to support the Dallas Office and provide remote support across locations. You will collaborate with IT Support, Systems, Applications and Network teams on technology projects firm-wide.

Responsibilities include hardware/software maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and enforcing IT policies. A hybrid work model with potential after-hours support is offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years IT Support experience (AEC firm a plus)
• Industry-standard hardware/software certifications a plus (e.g. Microsoft, Apple, A+)
• Understanding of Microsoft server/workstation operating systems
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to capture, produce and maintain accurate technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
• Organize and maintain IT resources.
• Basic problem-solving including use of remote management systems.
• Professional-level verbal and written communication with varied technical audiences.
• Capture, produce and maintain accurate technical documentation.
