Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line tech support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, VPN, and access issues to restore services.
• Support hybrid/remote employees using remote tools and ticketing systems.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding in AD and cloud identity platforms.
• Document steps and resolutions clearly in incident records.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
