EXCO Resources, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, install, automate, administer, and optimize our server, network and cloud infrastructure to support business applications.

The role covers on‑premises and cloud environments, IaC, virtualization, security, and disaster recovery, with hybrid work and on-site four days a week. You’ll collaborate with IT Ops and support global users, requiring strong English communication and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in systems, network or infrastructure administration.
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Enterprise networking and Windows/Linux server administration.
• Cloud infrastructure and identity services in a hybrid environment.
• Backup, disaster recovery and vulnerability management.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

• Develop, test and maintain infrastructure as code using Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage source control repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build, deploy and administer container platforms on Linux hosts.
• Administer cloud productivity, infrastructure and identity services.
• Support LAN/WAN, wireless, routing and IP management.
• Administer firewalls and network security.
• Manage server virtualization and VDI platforms.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and log analysis to detect intrusions.
• Monitor system health, apply patches and coordinate maintenance.

• Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call rotation.
