Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and documentation of business, functional, and user requirements.
• Workflow analysis of opportunities and issues in workflows, procedures, and business processes.
• Analyze information, develop creative solutions, and recommend approaches aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate process changes, system enhancements, and product implementations with test plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to map data flows and inter-system interactions.
• Translate business and user requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate design sessions with project teams and stakeholders.
• Establish acceptance criteria, testing frameworks, and standards for evaluation.
• Translate user stories into test conditions and expected results for various testing phases.
