Job summary

You will research improvement opportunities, assess workflows, and develop recommendations that align with business strategies, supporting the New Business and Underwriting platforms and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment.
• Experience translating complex requirements into technical/functional specifications.
• Ability to lead process or program execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support business analysis activities.
