Job summary

Anaplan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle for hardware and software assets. You will leverage ServiceNow ITAM to drive accuracy, automation, and cost visibility, partnering with Procurement, Finance, Security and IT Ops.

You will work in a hybrid setup with two days per week at the Miami headquarters, focusing on asset governance, audits, and data-driven decision support for optimization and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Asset Management or IT Operations.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software).
• Strong ITIL understanding and CMDB relations.
• Analytical and reporting skills; proficient in data tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement.
• Maintain accurate asset repository in ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB alignment.
• Collaborate with ITCX Analysts to streamline asset issuance and refresh.
• Develop and enforce asset mgmt policies and audit compliance.
• Generate reports on utilization, depreciation, and compliance.
