Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments (Commercial & GCC High).
• Familiarity with Windows administration and Active Directory/Entra ID concepts.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Intune (MDM) and CrowdStrike.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including user accounts, licensing, groups, SharePoint permissions, Exchange and Entra ID.
• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Provide desktop and endpoint support for Windows and Linux systems.
• Manage IT inventory and maintain documentation.
• Assist with Cisco Firepower Firewall Administration and basic policy changes.
• Support UniFi networking equipment including switches and wireless access points.
• Perform basic cabling, patching, and hardware installations.
• Assist with AWS administration tasks, including EC2 instance management and certificate rotations.
• Support backup and recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot VPN, network connectivity, and endpoint issues.
• Respond to day-to-day IT requests and service tickets.
• Escalate complex infrastructure and networking issues to senior IT staff.
• Participate in occasional after-hours maintenance activities.
