Job summary

Redwire Space, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage daily IT operations and future planning for local and virtual networks. You will handle user accounts, server configurations, backups, and security compliance in a hybrid environment across Windows and Linux systems.

Ideal candidates hold a TS clearance, CompTIA Security+ within 90 days, and experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services. Limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with 8 years directly related experience.
• Active Top Secret DoD security clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification within 90 days of employment.
• Windows & Linux administration/hardening at an enterprise level.
• Cloud computing and SAAS applications (AWS, Azure, Intune).
• Active Directory administration, Group Policy and current STIGs in hybrid environment.
• Limited travel required.

Responsibilities

• Support a hybrid environment with both Active Directory and Azure AD resources.
• Manage day to day IT tasks including file shares, folder permissions ensuring security requirements are met.
• Provide technical support for phones, printers, workstations, servers and network equipment.
• Apply IT knowledge to security frameworks including NIST CSF and NIST SP 800-171/800-53.
• Follow up and update customer service status and information.
• Pass on feedback from users or management to the appropriate team.
• Determine process improvements and develop new processes.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.
