Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing cloud environments with at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of IT systems administration including Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving and teamwork instincts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job description

This is a hybrid role, Monday through Wednesday will be in office while Thursday and Friday will be fully remote.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a hands-on IT Engineer / Cloud Administrator to own the IT infrastructure / systems administration function and the multi-cloud administration function. The engineer will keep the company’s platform running by provisioning, automating, monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting the environments the company’s product and customers depend on. As the business grows, so will the scope of this role.

This position will be a combination of Cloud Administrations and IT support / operations. The company can identify issues, determine solutions and implement those solutions with little to no blockers. The ideal candidate will move fast and solve problems in efficient and creative ways.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. IT Infrastructure and Systems

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience managing cloud environments with at least one major provider — AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Google Cloud.
• 3+ years of hands-on IT experience.
• Knowledge of IT systems administration, including Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving and teamwork instincts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• For remote work: a stable, high-bandwidth internet connection to ensure reliability on customer and partner calls.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby).
