• Define and execute a company-wide data and analytics roadmap aligned with clinical and business growth objectives.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of Data and BI Analysts, fostering excellence and strategic thinking.
• Oversee data governance, ensuring high data quality, HIPAA compliance, and PHI protection.
