Independent Living Systems (ILS) seeks a Lead Analyst to advance data-informed decision-making across healthcare operations. You will lead complex data analyses, translate findings into actionable insights for providers and administrators, and align data strategies with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, IT, and management to forecast needs, guide resource allocation, and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in Health Informatics, Biostatistics, or Public Health.
• Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience in healthcare or social services.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of analytical models for operations and policy decisions.
• Analyze large, complex healthcare datasets for patterns and improvements in patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and management teams to gather requirements.
