Petra Funds Group, a private equity fund services provider, seeks an Investor Services Analyst to manage client and investor requests with precision and discretion. You will act as primary contact for inquiries, post documents to the investor portal, and help maintain data accuracy across CRM and portals.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in private equity or investment banking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking or similar.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for investor inquiries via dedicated inbox.
• Post investor documents to the investor portal accurately and securely.
• Manage CRM (Salesforce) and investor portal (eFront) data.
• Assist in processing capital calls and distributions.
• Ensure communications and data comply with internal policies.
• Collaborate with treasury, fund accounting, and reporting teams.
• Support onboarding of new investors.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows.
