Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize product flow, manage inventory, and support procurement and forecasting efforts. The role interfaces with vendor partners and brand teams to ensure on-shelf availability and efficient product movement.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with in-person and remote days, and requires US work authorization. Bachelor's degree in statistics/mathematics or related field is preferred, with 0-3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
• Understanding of supply chain processes and vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage Relex daily, weekly and monthly workflows to meet service level targets.
• Monitor planned product allocations and ensure timely execution.
• Analyze system exceptions for root causes.
• Manage inventory to meet DOS, obsolete, and freshness targets.
• Process and monitor purchase orders (OTIF).
• Collaborate with Demand Systems and Merchandising to address efficiency programs.
• Develop plans to address overstocks and excess inventory with merchandising.
• Coordinate with suppliers and risk management on product availability and recalls.
• Communicate inventory issues promptly to supervisors.
• Work with Forecast Analysts on forecast variance and marketing influences.
