Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of a global food retailer, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize product flow, DOS, and on-shelf availability. This role interfaces with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and timely problem resolution.

The position supports a flexible hybrid work schedule with in-person and remote days, and requires full-time authorization to work in the United States. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in statistics, mathematics or related business field.
• 0-3 years of experience in supply chain/analytic roles.
• Knowledge of demand management and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Relex workflows daily/weekly/monthly to achieve service level targets.
• Monitor planned product allocations and ensure timely execution.
• Analyze system exceptions to identify root causes and improve processes.
• Manage inventory to meet DOS targets and minimize obsolescence.
• Process purchase orders accurately and on-time.
• Collaborate with Demand Systems and Merchandising to optimize vendor efficiency programs.
• Develop plans to address overstocks and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers, QA, store ops, and Risk to maintain product availability and freshness.
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Partner with Forecast Analysts on variance, promotions, and sales influencers.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the business.
