Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or related operations.
• Experience with 3PLs and contract manufacturers, data reconciliation.
• Strong ERP transactional literacy and inventory data flow understanding.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets and reconciliation workbooks.
• A disciplined investigator who traces variances to root cause.
• Clear written communication for processes and partner instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of on-hand balances between ERP and 3PL/WMS; identify, document, and resolve variances within defined SLAs.
• Research discrepancies to root cause rather than posting adjustments to force agreement.
• Support cycle count programs at 3P sites; review results and validate accuracy.
• Support wall-to-wall inventories with planning and documentation; track variances.
• Maintain visibility and record accuracy for partner-held inventory; reconcile BOM variance.
• Track in-transit inventory and aging; ensure timely receipt posting.
• Provide clean, trusted on-hand data to demand planning, finance, and customer service.
• Contribute to system enhancements, testing, and partner onboarding/offboarding from inventory control perspective.
• Identify recurring failures and drive corrective action projects.
