Job summary

Divergent is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to govern inventory transactions, master data, and cycle counts in a manufacturing setting. This role partners with Supply Chain, Production, Program Management, and IT to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

You will drive quarterly cycle counts, maintain controls, and develop KPI dashboards while supporting ERP implementations and data integrity across the plant. The position offers hybrid work with onsite presence and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in inventory control or related operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow and ERP transaction processing.
• Experience using advanced Excel for reconciliations and data analysis.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to access information subject to US export controls.

Responsibilities

• Govern inventory transactions to reflect physical activity accurately.
• Maintain and improve governance documentation for transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies and work with teams to correct root causes.
• Ensure data integrity of production, materials disposition, and inventory movements.
• Partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to establish item master definitions.
