Job summary

CURiO Brands is seeking a Manager, Inventory Control to own inventory accuracy across company warehouses, 3PLs, and CM sites. You will design cycle counts, reconcile ERP with external systems, and partner with Finance to ensure precise month-end closes.

You will lead a small team, drive data-driven improvements, and maintain controls across a network of facilities to support replenishment and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, analysis, or supply chain operations.
• 1–2+ years in a lead or management capacity.
• ERP proficiency and ownership of inventory transactions and reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel/data analysis skills and comfort reconciling large data sets across disparate systems.
• Proven track record improving inventory accuracy and reducing variance.

Responsibilities

• Own IRA across internal warehouse, 3PLs, and CM sites.
• Design and manage cycle count programs and cadence with 3PLs.
• Investigate discrepancies between ERP, 3PL systems, and shipping docs; implement corrective actions.
• Reconcile inventory between ERP and 3PL WMS on cadence; resolve unit/lot/status differences.
• Support month-end inventory close with Finance; assist with valuation and reconciliations.
• Lead and develop a small team responsible for inventory analysis and cycle counting.
