Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the Hartford area is offering an Internal Audit internship experience lasting 10.5 weeks from May 24, 2027 to August 4, 2027. The role is hybrid with three in-office days and two remote days each week, and includes housing assistance for eligible interns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration & Management, Risk Management, or Health Service.
• Available for full-time internship for the duration of the program.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document audit activities in accordance with professional standards and CVS audit methodology.
• Execute testing and create work paper documentation.
• Meet with colleagues throughout the enterprise to understand and document business processes under audit.
• Perform detail testing as defined by the test program to define, analyze, and validate information.
• Audit Team Support.
• Demonstrate a commitment to integrity and the CVS code of conduct.
• Contribute to overall Internal Audit Department team norms to promote a positive environment and improve team effectiveness.
