CVS Health is offering an Organizational Effectiveness Internship in a hybrid format in Hartford, CT. The 11-week program runs May 24, 2027 through August 4, 2027, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote, offering mentorship and networking opportunities.

The paid internship pays $26 per hour for 40 hours per week, with two paid leave days and a strong chance of future full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Anticipated graduation between September 2027 and June 2028.
• Major related to the position such as Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with project coordination, organization, and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supporting change management initiatives through stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
• Developing communication materials including leadership updates, presentations, FAQs, and employee communications.
• Assisting with planning and execution of employee engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives.
• Building project management skills through meeting coordination, action tracking, documentation, and status reporting.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that communicate project progress and business outcomes.
• Collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and organizational change efforts.
