Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation between 2027 and 2028.
• Must be willing to commute or relocate to the Hartford, CT office.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Examples of internship work include pricing and underwriting related tasks.
• Collaborate with partners in sales, account management, and actuarial teams.
• Support development through leadership training, networking, and mentorship programs.
• Develop foundational skills in pricing, financial analysis, risk assessment, and communication.
