• Leadership experience in payroll management.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and multiple subsidiaries.
• Experience supporting Pension and 401(k) retirement plans.
• Proficiency with UKG, ADP WFN, Kronos, and MySuccess.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payroll team to deliver timely and accurate payments to associates, retirees, and related parties.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes between payroll, benefits, IT, shop floor reporting, plants, accounting, and HR.
• Manage garnishments, 401(k) plans, and monthly pension payments for all associates and retirees.
• Interpret wage and hour law, deferred compensation, pensions, and stock option taxability, and ensure compliance with IRS, DOL, and state/local rules.
• Educate and advise on policies and laws affecting payroll practices for U.S. associates.
• Implement new pay processes in response to tax-driven initiatives and organizational change.
• Provide functional payroll systems expertise and support for payroll processors.
