Job summary

City Wide Franchise is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for City Wide across multiple states and entities. You will ensure accurate compensation, manage compliance with wage laws, and act as the primary liaison for the 401(k) plan.

You will lead a payroll team, optimize processes, reconcile 401(k) contributions, and coordinate year-end tasks while partnering with OneHR, Accounting, and Legal to align payroll with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred; CPP highly desired.
• 5+ years payroll management in a multi-state, multi-company environment.
• Proficient in payroll software (ADP/Paycom) and MS Office; Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for City Wide across multiple states and legal entities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws; coordinate with tax agencies.
• Supervise Payroll Specialist and mentor staff.
