Focus People is hiring an Intake Analyst II to support a Georgia state agency’s fiscal operations in Downtown Atlanta. The role handles licensing and registration revenue processing, discrepancy research, and administrative support.

The position is a temporary contract with a hybrid work arrangement; onsite attendance is required. Excellent accuracy and communication with internal departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: high school diploma or GED and three years of related experience; OR one year at Admin Assistant 1 level or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Verify and enter revenue transactions from lockbox payments and local deposits.
• Research account discrepancies by gathering information from internal departments and customers.
• Review customer payments and payment histories to resolve collection issues with the appropriate department.
• Process departmental documents within established deadlines and procedures.
• Assist with daily departmental asset management tasks.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, sign for packages, and deliver items to appropriate personnel.
