EY in the United States seeks an insurance technology consultant to lead transformation programs for insurers. You’ll translate business needs into technology solutions across policy, billing and claims, aligning with EY’s global capabilities.

Join a team that delivers end-to-end engagements, from requirements through deployment, using modern architecture, data mapping and integration practices, while traveling as needed and collaborating with diverse client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Alternatively a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos or Informatica.
• Proficient in system selection, requirements, architecture, configuration and data mapping.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end system implementations and drive best practices.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions across policy, billing and claims.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk within engagements.
• Analyze user requirements, architecture, infrastructure design, vendor selection and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and third-party alliances.
