Responsibilities

• Support Sales or Account Management to prospect, acquire or renew business.
• Conduct research for prospective business and respond to inquiries from customers or brokers.
• Relay information to Sales or AM teams and coordinate meetings as needed.
• Gather data, maintain databases, and prepare enrollment materials.
• Develop relationships with customer representatives and assist enrollment sessions.
• Travel may be required to customer sites.
