The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience and will handle premises liability, trucking, construction, employment and product liability defense.

This hybrid position offers a flexible schedule, competitive salary ($125,000–$165,000 per year) commensurate with experience, and a collaborative, inclusive environment where you manage cases from

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and MA bar admission are required.
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and discovery response skills.
• Experience in taking/defending depositions and managing cases from inception to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage own civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests; ensure timely deadlines.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials; develop litigation strategy with senior attorneys.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda; communicate updates to clients regularly.
