The ideal candidate has 1–10 years of civil litigation experience and a strong commitment to advocacy. You will manage your own caseload, draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials while maintaining client

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Bar admission in MA and RI required
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience
• Experience in MA state/federal courts and RI courts
• Strong advocacy, legal research, and drafting motions

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
• Engage with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to develop litigation strategies
