Morrison Mahoney LLP is seeking a full-time mid-level Associate Attorney in Boston, MA, with a focus on premises liability, trucking, construction, employment and product liability defense. This civil litigation role requires 3–5 years of experience and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

You will manage your own caseload from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions and discovery, and collaborate with partners to develop effective litigation strategies.

Formación

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts State Bar are essential prerequiites.
• At least three years of civil litigation experience and experience in MA state and federal courts.
• Self-starter with strong advocacy skills; ability to draft and argue dispositive motions, perform legal research, and respond to discovery.
• Experience taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions; attention to detail and clear communication.

A Day in the Life of an Associate Attorney

As a civil litigation Associate Attorney at Morrison Mahoney LLP, your role is dynamic and engaging, offering a perfect mix of independent responsibilities and collaborative teamwork. You will manage your own caseload from inception to resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests while meticulously adhering to deadlines. • A Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts State Bar, are essential prerequisites.
• You should possess at least three (3) years of prior civil litigation experience and experience in both Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• You should be a self-starter with strong advocacy skills. Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions, along with the ability to perform legal research and respond to discovery requests, is crucial.
