Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and NH State Bar admission.
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience in NH state and federal courts.
• Self-starter with strong advocacy; able to draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Experience taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys on litigation strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
