Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
- 3–5 years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts in Massachusetts.
- Experience taking and defending depositions and leading discovery.
- Self‑starter with strong advocacy, ability to draft and argue dispositive motions, and perform legal research.
Responsibilities
- Drafting status reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery; meeting deadlines and advancing matters.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Develop litigation strategies; work with clients, experts, and colleagues across the firm; provide status updates.
