The role requires 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, strong advocacy, and the ability to manage a caseload from pleadings through trial. The firm offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and NH State Bar admission.
• Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience in NH state and federal courts.
• Self-starter with strong advocacy, able to draft and argue dispositive motions and perform legal research.
• Experience taking and defending fact-witness and expert depositions, and responding to discovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from inception to resolution, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings and trials to gain courtroom experience.
• Collaborate with clients, experts and fellow attorneys and provide regular client updates.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare memoranda to bolster case strategies.
