Qualifications

• Experience in areas of insurance coverage, including drafting coverage opinions.
• Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other attorneys on insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters.
• Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters.
• Draft pleadings and motions in coverage litigation matters.
• Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on various subjects.
• Communicate with clients and draft reports.

Skills

Education

JD from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada

5+ years coverage/coverage litigation experience
