Wilson Elser's Denver office is seeking an Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Associate to join a collaborative team. This role focuses on insurance coverage and coverage litigation matters, handling cases in Colorado and across the U.S., working with domestic and foreign insurers.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Colorado.
• At least 3 years of defense litigation experience.
• 1+ years of insurance coverage/coverage litigation experience.
• Experience drafting coverage opinions and discovery documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters.
• Handle coverage litigation pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Provide insurance coverage advice to clients and report status.
