Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate client service delivery, plan and execute service strategies, and manage proposals with producers and internal teams. This role focuses on creating measurable value for clients and maintaining robust relationships across the service platform.

You will analyze risk and coverage, negotiate terms with underwriters, and ensure data integrity in agency systems while supporting renewal and new business processes with a collaborative

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding
• Available to travel to both local and long-distance client meetings
• Has means of transportation for local travel as needed
• 2+ years Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage, or comparable experience

Responsibilities

• Executes client service plans with producers, service team, and internal departments to drive measurable value and efficiency
• Manages proposals, summarizes programs and options, and delivers service plans to support client decisions on insurance programs
• Builds personalized client relationships through ongoing communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Maintains accurate client files and ensures data completeness in agency management systems
