Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership/management experience in insurance or risk management.
• 5+ years of experience with business or commercial insurance.
• Ability to research regulatory issues and provide clear guidance to clients.
• Knowledge of technical underwriting.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the Business Insurance Service team.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workload planning.
• Ensure compliance with PTO, attendance, travel, and expenses policies.
• Engage in regular communications through one-on-one sessions and meetings.
• Manage budgets and KPIs aligned with growth goals.
• Support staff development through performance reviews and career planning.
• Promote knowledge sharing on workflow, markets, and best practices.
• Participate in leadership training and regional workgroups.
