Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Team Manager for the Business Insurance service team. You will provide leadership and supervision to retain and develop talent, while aligning departmental initiatives with broader strategies.

The role also involves supporting training and quality assurance programs. You will recruit, monitor workload, ensure policy compliance, manage budgets and KPIs, and promote knowledge sharing across local offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership/management experience in insurance, risk management or similar industry.
• 5+ years of experience with business or commercial insurance.
• Ability to research regulatory issues and provide clear guidance to clients.
• Knowledge of technical underwriting.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with customers, colleagues and management.
• Strong management and team-building skills.
• Prioritizes and organizes time efficiently to meet deadlines.
