Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest in Illinois is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to our clients. You will manage insurance programs, execute policy changes, update client information, and coordinate with the servicing team.

A successful candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication, organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid workplace. A high school diploma is required, and licensing in Property & Casualty is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers.
• Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Detail orientation and handling a wide variety of tasks.
• Ability to work on a fast paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1 year of experience working in the insurance industry.
