Qualifications

• Mandatory client service execution across multiple teams and channels.
• License: Property and Casualty must be obtained within 75 days of hire.
• Travel to local and long-distance client meetings is required.
• 2+ years Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage or similar.

Responsibilities

• Execute client service plans with producers, account executives, and service teams to deliver measurable value.
• Prepare proposals with program options, service plans and deliverables to aid client decisions.
• Build and maintain personalized client relationships through multiple communication channels.
• Analyze risk, coverage and program structure; implement changes as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of client portal information and manage access for staff.
• Explain coverage terms and options; negotiate premiums and terms with underwriters.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely service execution and cohesive client experience.
• Prioritize workload and client requests while meeting deadlines.
