Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Account Manager in South Bend, hybrid role. You will execute client service plans, coordinate with producers and service teams, and analyze risk to tailor insurance programs for clients.

Responsibilities include creating proposals, maintaining accurate client data in agency systems, and negotiating terms with underwriters. A strong licensing background and 2+ years in account management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding
• Available to travel to both local and long-distance client meetings
• Has means of transportation for local travel as needed
• 2+ years Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage, or comparable experience

Responsibilities

• Execute client service plans with producers, service teams, and internal departments
• Create proposals and summarize programs, service plans, and deliverables
• Build personalized client relationships through multiple communication channels
• Analyze risk, coverage, program structure, and recommend options
• Maintain client portal data accuracy and control access for staff
• Explain coverage terms, options, and terms to clients
• Coordinate with service teams for cohesive client service delivery
• Prioritize workload and client service requests effectively
