Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• NM Life & Health license as required.
• At least 7 years of experience servicing large Employee Benefit accounts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business with independence and judgment.
• Provides professional service to clients, carrier reps, and partners.
• Establishes relationships with decision makers for HUB clients.
• Maintains knowledge of clients' business and industry.
• Supports Producers to retain and expand business.
• Pursues opportunities for cross-selling and growth.
